Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

P/F glass strips in joints of cement concrete floors 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

P/F 12 mm thick pre laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides for closing window incld. Imported wood supporting structures 2.50``x2.50`` size for supporting the Kit ply incld. Necessary nails etc.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incld. Necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of avg. 2mm of approved brand and manifuture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) of approved manufactures and required shade and color complete. Two or more coats on new work incld. Cement primer coat over wall putty surface

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard or soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of app. Brand and manufacture to give an even shade 2 or more coasts on new work
