Cleaning of surface 600 mm & 300mm i/d MS pipe (casing pipe and carrier pipe ) inner surface and outer surface by sand blasting at site to make the surface ready for P.U. coating /high build epoxy paint/polythene tap system complete in all respect i) for 600mm i/d

For 300 mm i/d

Providing and inserting of water carrier pipe 366 mm & 162mm Outer dia MS pipe & orpe 8mm thick & 6mm thick ( FE 330 grade fabricated as per IS 3589 of 1991 from steel plantes confirming to IS 2062 including inner linning by cement concrete mortar which shall be prepared from aggregates sand and cement contants of 450 KG /nl3 having strength of 25 N/mm2 after 20 Days complete as per IS 1916 :1989 with lealest revision providing Roller arrangement for smooth insertion anchoring of pipe through out the length with HDPE spacers all a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of casing pipe 7 carrier pipe including cutting ,jointing ,Radio graphically welding as per IS 1182 Hydraulic testing complete in all respect including cartage at site of work. i) For 350mm i/d
