Detailed Investigation, Survey with Total stationof the level Each crossings along with the existing roadnetwork and propose different possiblealignments for construction of ROB/RUB incoordination with railway Departent officials. a)Submission of site plan with all existing siteparticulars and all Bearing details etc., as perrequirement for getting alignment approvals. b)Preparation of three proposed New Alignments inDifferent colors for getting of Alignment approvalin co-ordination with railway department officials.c) Submission of Longitudinal section of existingroad and for New proposed alignment also.

Once Approval is accorded for the proposedAlignment and for Each Longitudinal section ofROB/RUB by the Railways& state Government, thefollowing details are to be submitted. a) L.S forsite clearance such as jungle clearance, levellingetc., for marking of Approved Alignment on Site.b) Marking of Approved Alignment on site at 25M.Intervals either side. c) After marking Alignmenton site, Preparation of Land Plan Schedules,getting of approvals for the same from theRevenue department and then to be submitted toRailway Department for Approvals. After getting approvals for land plan of ROB/RUBschedules Each preparation of estimates for theeffecting structural details like ResidentialBuildings/Sheds/Shops/Industries/Govt.Structuresetc. to be submitted to Revenue department andapprovals to be accorded from concerndepartment for the same and then approvedstructural estimates to be submitted to RailwayDepartment.

After getting Soil Classification Report (SoilInvestigation is not a Each Part), the following detailsare to be submitted. a) Preparation of GAD forBridge Proper and approaches, approvals to beaccorded in coordination with State governmentand Railway department. After getting approval ofGAD from State governmetn the same to besubmitted. b) After approval of GAD, Finalisationof designs and structural drawings for theapproaches on both sides of the railway proper which is with the scope of Railway department. c)For the above submitted components approvals tobe obtained from the concern departments andthe same are to be submitted 5 copies to Railwaydepartment.

Conducting a dronebased aerial survey for the generation of Each orthophotosas per Railway Guidelines (Letter no.2015/Track- 1/24(1)/18/1/ dated09.10.2017 and as per thealignment plan given by Railwayson the Google earth to providealignment plan in kml file format.Deliverable: 1. Raw images (jpgformat) (2cm GSD) 2. File scaledand geopositioned orthophototiles in jpg & sid compressedformat of 2cm resolution andresampled at 5cm GSD. 3. Finalscaled and geopositioned orthotiles in jpg and Sid compressedformat of 2cm resolution andresampled at 5cm GSD.4. Finalscaled and geopositionedorthomosaic in JPG & Sid formatfor each 5km. 5. Map filecompatible to CAD/GIS in SHPformat duly linked with attributesof assets. 6. Quality controlreport for positional accuracyassessment coordinates to bepicked for atleast 5 well definedassets in 1km lengthb fromgoogle and same to be measuredon the orthophoto coordinates comparsion. The differencebetween these values should be greater than equal to 3m. 7. Thecentre line, piers, railway landboundary are to be shown ongoogle earth. (alignment file indwg format and coordinates willbe provided by Railways. Note: 1.This item is complimentary itemto LiDAR survey for generation ofortho photos. 2. This itemincludes prepration oforthophotos for yards also fallingin the corridor of 100m. Seperatepayment will be made for biggeryards vide relevant item of theBOQ for generation oforthophotos over and above thisitem.3. The details are to becollected for a corridor of 100mon the finalized alignment. i.e.50m on either side.StagePayment: 1. On completion ofdrone flying and submission ofdata in the relevant format -20%. 2. On submission andapproval of orthophotos andother deliverables - 60%. 3.
