Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 10.0 meter and up to 12.0 meter

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia. X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm V 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow lightener, 7/3.15 mm dia. G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) cross arm for 2/4 wire overhead line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 75 mm X 90 mm shackle insulator with G.I. bolts, nuts and straps etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 65 mm pin insulator complete with G.I. spindle and nuts and etc. as required.

Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Providing and fixing of 630A, 50KA, FPMCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Painting of pole/ structure

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 min width or 10 sqmm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8(1Cement :4coarsesand(zone-Ill)derived from natural sources :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4(1cement :2coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing pre coated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per Sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 m pastel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester topcoat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
