O&M contract for Additional CHS of Resid

Annual charges for Operation and maintenance of Additional Coke conveyor system comprising of coke crusher, conventional belt conveyors with drives, which also, include hopper, transfer towers and silos and complete truck loading system with Two (2) weigh bridges etc., as per scope defined contractor shall provide persons for 2 shift operation. Shift- A 6.15 AM to 2.15 PM , and Shift - B 2.15PM to 10.15 PM, throughout the year including sundays and holidays and and maintain adequatre inventory of spare parts consumables etc., as required for trouble free operation of the conveyor system.

Overall site incharge for additional coke handling unit O&M jobs responsible for Manpower mobilisation and for an un interupted operation and maintenance jobs. Also, coordination activity with CPCL ACHU engineers. One (1) Person. As per scope of work, terms and conditions and strictly complying to other statutory & safety norms stipulated in bid document. (Unit of measurement - per visit) 300 visits /year

"Maintenance Engineer cum site incharge for additional coke handling unit responsible for smooth operatoion of the system and for supervision of day-to-day Maintenance works during general shift (7.30 AM to 4.00 PM) – Two (2) Persons per day on all days including Sundays and Company declared holidays. As per scope of work, terms and conditions and strictly complying to other statutory & safety norms stipulated in bid document. (Unit of measurement - Man day . Rate per site engineer per day of 8 hours work . Total manpower = 2 Site incharges per day x 365 days)"

"Manning Skilled labourer for field operation of conveyors , truckloading operation , operation of various systems like hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems in Two (2) shift basis – 5 Persons per shift x 2 shifts per day (Total 10 Skilled Labourers per day) on all days including Sundays and Company declared holidays, as per scope of work, terms and conditions and strictly complying to other statutory & safety norms stipulated in bid document. (Unit of measurement - Man day = Rate per skilled labour per day of 8 hours work , Total manpower = 10 labourers per day x 365 days)"

"Semi-Skilled manpower to Additional Coke Handling Unit truck loading and the weigh bridge Assistance for system1 &2 . the area cleaning and the Maintenance works in ACHU in RESID plant area of DCU. on TWO shift basis –4 Persons per shift (Total 8 Semi-Skilled Labourers per day) on all days including Sundays and Company declared holidays, as per scope of work, terms and conditions and strictly complying to other statutory & safety norms stipulated in bid document. (Unit of measurement - Man day = Rate per semiskilled labour per day of 8 hours work, Total manpower = 8 labourers per day x 365 days)"

"Un-Skilled manpower for Additional Coke Handling Unit consist of truck loading and the weigh bridge system1 &2 area cleaning and general helpers (for the Mechanical,instrumentand electrical crafts ) . for the area cleaning and the Maintenance work assistance on TWO shift basis –4 Persons per shift (Total 8 Un-Skilled Labourers per day) on all days including Sundays and Company declared holidays, as per scope of work, terms and conditions and strictly complying to other statutory & safety norms stipulated in bid document. (Unit of measurement - MANDAY = Rate per un skilled labour per day of 8 hours work, Total manpower =8 labourers per day x 365 days)"

Shift-C , Night shift 10.15 PM to 6.15 AM night shift for maintenance and other jobs as per EIC direction.

"Additional expense for the experts visit for inspection and maintenance of Additional coke handling unit for a period of one(1) year as per scope of work, the Terms and Conditions and strictly complying to other statutory & safety norms stipulated in bid document. (Unit of measurement - Per visit ( approx Rate per expert per visit including transport arrangements per visit - 300 visits per year)"

The mandatory spares , hardwares and miscellaneous spares to be supplied and maintained for additional coke handling unit as per the present tender conditions . Addl amount Rs 300000 expected to incur against the mandatory spares and other spares required due to aging.

Supply of Consumables Such as oil (Such as gear box oil and Hydraullic oil), Grease , Cleaning agents and other materials other than critical spares, Cost of A/C maintenance and other general maintenance of control room including painting etc., for one (1) year

"AMC charges (Addl 10% for 2020 -2021) by the OEM , M/s Rice Lake for updatipon , maintenance and problem solving in the Software part of Additional coke handling unit. Also, for complying the statutory requirements such as renewing the stamping of weigh bridges on yearly basis as per Weights and Measures Act- 2009 for uninterupted running of coke handling unit for a period of one (1) year as per the scope of work Terms and Conditions and strictly complying to other statutory & safety norms stipulated in the bid document. (Unit of measurement = Lumpsum. )"
