S&F in repairs 1.00 mm thick plain galvanized mild steel sheeting as in doors, gates, ridges, hip, valley gutters, drip complete all as spd and directed. Note for Item No 1 to 121 (a) The contractor shall employ adequate numbers of of skilled tradesman/labour for timely completion of the complaint as per time frame given below and work to be executed upto 6TH Storey (i) Priority-I : Complaints pertains to major water leaks, air locks, flushing cistern will be attended on priority-I and the same will be completed within 4 to 8 hrs. (ii) Priority-II : Compaints pertains to minor water leaks, re-glazing of door and windows, easing of joinery will be attended on priority-II and the same to be completed within 48 hrs. (iii) Priority-III : Compaints pertains to water proofing of roof, repair of sunken slab, minor plaster work, re-flooring, replacement of joinery minor etc will be attended on priority-III and the same to be completed within one week. (iv) Priority-IV : Major plastering, reflooring, plinth protections, brick work etc will be attended on priority-IV and the same to be completed within one month. (v) Contractor or his supervisor shall collect the complaint/job card from JE concerned between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days and deposited the same after completion of job duly signed by user/occupants. (vi) Summary of complaints will prepared by the contractor and put up to Engineer-in-Charge last date of every month. (vii) If contractor fails to attend the complaint as per time framed given in Para (i) to (iv), above, Rs 50/- per complaint per hour for ser No (i) and Rs 250/- per complaint per day for ser No (ii) to (iv) above will be recovered from the RAR/Final bill.
