RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated). If the EMD is deposited in subdivision office then it shall not be considered and tender shall be rejected.

Further that, if such a violation comes to the notice of Department, then I/we shall be debarred for bidding in CPWD in future forever.
