Amount

Transportation of Soil/Murrum/soft rock (Wet/Dry) by truck/trolley at all leads within RRCAT campus including the cost of excavation by mechanical means, loading, unloading, spreading, dressing the same at site uniformaly including preparation of temporary path for the truck to the specified location of excavation and complete as per the specifications. Depth of excavation shall be measured from existing average ground level. (Soil/murrum/soft rock measured will be reduced by 20% for payment if measured by Truck/trolley)

Excavation in foundations in hard rock by chiselling upto a depth not exceeding 1.50 m including dewatering, if necessary and stacking or disposing the excavated materials within a distance of 50 metre.,complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Depth of excavation shall be measured from existing average ground level.

Lead charges, by mechanical transport to anywhere in RRCAT CAMPUS, including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: The rates is applicable for the net quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soils and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack/truck measurements.

For rock

Imp. Note - a) The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. b) The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. c) The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work. d) A land for the construction of contractor shade in RRCAT premises shall be provided for material storage and contractor has to make arrangement for temporary shade at the alloted space for the shade & same must be removed after the completion of the work at their own cost. If contractor is allow to use departmental constructed space, same shall be charge @ 500/- per Sqm per month and contractor has to handover the same in good condition after the storage use.
