M&L Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edge to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by supplying & filling in screened & graded road metal, watering, well ramming, compacted and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150mm thick (7.50 cm thick each layer compacted thickness) Water Bound Maccadam (WBM) with Granite, trap or Basalt , coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) for 1st layer and grading 3 ( 50 mm to 20 mm size) for 2nd layer,spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified.( Area of consolidated thickness of 150mm thick shall only be measured as single layer and it will not be measured in two layers) separately.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc.and then applying evenly a tack coat with VG-10 grade bituminous primer at 10Kg/10 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 5 kg/10 sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen complete all as specified. M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibrator roller and / or 8 to 10 tonne static road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling, Spreading , levelling over field earth including watering, ramming, rolling and finishing to required size and shape as in berms etc complete all as specified and as directed Note : Moorum shall be brought from outside of MD land at contractor at own source

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 100 mm thick , as as in sub base of path way & parking area complete all as specified.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete coloured inter locking paver block, rubber moulded casting with glossy finish , any shape & size as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade of concrete with grey cement & pigment laid dry over and including sand not less than 50 mm thick, interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified. complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed block, water trought and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic reflective compound (paint) 2.5 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white / golden yellow colour as approved colours & shade of 150mm / 100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic modern propolled road marking machine including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads as per table No 800.4 of MOST specifications including spraying glass beads etc as per manufacturere's instruction complete all as specified and directed.
