SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs/ Maintenance of LT Panel board/box of various sizes including disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connection after taking necessary shut down, cleaning the carbon/rust from bus-bar, re-thimbling with new lugs/thimble of existing size, replacing burnt DMC insulator or bus bar supports as per existing one, removing old burn out wiring and re-wiring with new cable of existing size, including replacement of un-serviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i)New spares required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items . (ii) cost of unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size upto 2.5sqmm for internal wiring like connection of CTs and DMC insulators are deemed to be included in quoted rate. Taking out old unserviceable GI/aluminium strip of any size and type in any height and any location complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for refixing of serviceable aluminium strip/GI strip retrieved from item No. 93 on top of "V" type porcelain insulator suitable size , GI nuts and bolt ,screws cleats etc.(Cost of Porcelain insulator deemed to be included in quoted rate) duly straightened properly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The distance between two porcelain insulator should be one meter.

M & L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitable size and fixing with GI screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws for fixing strips to test point including necessary fixing arrangement to fix test point terminal block to test point junction box complete all as specified and as directed.
