Distance between two column pipes should not be more than 3 meters. All structures, rafters, purlins, trusses should be hot galvanized without welding. All main parts should be hot galvanized. Galvanized pipes of the structure should be fixed into the CC in the ground. Aluminum frame door fixed with 6mm polycarbonate sheet. Cladding: Major brand 200 micron UV stabilized standard poly film having more than 80% light transmission. A layer of 40 mesh insect net should be fixed on the long sides of polyhouse from 1 meter height above ground to 2.5 meter height above ground. Where the insect net layer is fixed there the poly film should be made foldable such that the air circulation can be allowed. Overhead Irrigation System: Hanging sprinklers with lateral pipe, supporting wire and supporting MS pipe structure. Sprinkler parts should be of Major brand. 1HP water pump and 1000 liter storage tank should be provided for sprinkler system.
