Sch 'A' Part-I B/R work:- Dismantling/Demolition of existing roof (Assessable/non assessable)terracing of cement/brick concrete(un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position on top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with brush/mechanical brush and with water throughly to romove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose bare concrete roof slab and romoval of rubbish/demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified Note : Demolition should be done by chiselling.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and provn of on roof finished even and smooth with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions Complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 :4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges etc mixed with approved water proofing compound all as per manufacturer'ss instructions on the roof surface to achieve requisite slope all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply only water proiofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply only polymer based liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab in following procedure : (a) Applying first coat fiber reinforced elastometic liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mpa and shall have reack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 3.3% dilution as priming coat (b) laying of fiber mesh 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 4.5 gm/ Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry (c) Applying second coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge (d) Applying third and final coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm . (The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work built in CM incl. taking out roots vegetation if any at any position and removal to out side MD land

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Half Brick work with burnt clay sub-class 'B' brick having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position including racking out joints making key scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of debris out side MD land.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement .
