Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quoins pillars etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for like MH cover,slab etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in GF/ FF of any description and thickness in any position specifically provided for like sunken floor,floor etc compete all as specified & as directed by engr in charge

Demolition and breaking sup drain pipes (salt glazed ware ) set in cement mortar of 150/100mm incl demolation of existing PCC packing and haunching against the sides of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work and concrete wall incl raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation over area n exec 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank any capacity and depth including chambers, outlet chamber removing out all scum silt, residue both organic and inorganic nature after plugging the incoming sewage lines removing and depositing the water at a distance not less than 20m and burying in ditch, finally covering the ditch with earth and spraying unslacked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the septic tank to make hygienic including excavation of ditch placing of manhole cover after cleaning etc complete as specified and directed by Engineer –In Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line 100mm dia/ 150 mm dia laid in any slope or gradient and depth 3 mtr by roding taking out all residue from the lines/manholes including water depositing at a distance not less than 20 mtr in ditch finally covering the ditch with earth and spraying unslacked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including excavation of ditch testing of line by furnishing water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 10 above but CI pipes fixed with wall of 75/100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/clearing of IWC/EWC by roding, taking out all residue including waste and testing by pouring water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 as in foundation type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, coping including watering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed..

Brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed s tone aggregate type B-1 as in manhole /slab cover all as specified and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound

Concrete bed to drain pipe including packing and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe in PCc 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain grade ‘A’ pipe laid in trenches of internal dia 150mm jointed in cement mortar and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains and making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¼ section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as specified and directed for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes 100mm , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Cast Iron soil Waste and Vent pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in in floors/wall of 100mm bore all as specified complete all as specified and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous china squatting pan of pattern long pan size 580mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap front or back inlet and foot rests any pattern including connection to trap and flush pipe etc complete including making good the floor with existing finish fixed in repairs, Make -Hindware cat part No 20042.

Vitreous China urinals, bowl type (back or corner wall type) of size 465x355x265 mm , complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; incl brackets, flush pipe and Union for discharge pipe complete all as pecified and as directed.
