INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS
Material and labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor in and including heavy duty PVC conduit pipe (ISI marked) including fittings & accessories including MS concealed terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite (Hylum) sheet top cover for mounting switch socket etc including 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC copper conductor multi-stranded as earth wire connected to the common earth dolly as specified for one light point/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No. 3.01 above but for one three pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board.

Note : Cost of opening in wall and grouting of mild steel work shall be deemed included in the lump sum cost of the building.

Supply and fixing energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium having luminaire with heat resistant glass and suitable optics for uniform distribution of light 45 watt LED for building security light with high efficiency electronic driver, having IP-65 protection, sewage protection device, power factor more than 0.9 complete operative and AC supply 140V to 270V pre-wired and product should be made in India only complete all as specified.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron medium grade 15mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC Chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 & RCC cover in M-20 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI earth wire upto main board is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS
Supply and fixing XLPE insulated screened armoured all aluminium conductor and PVC sheathed aerial bunched cable for 11 KV grade suitable for effectively earthed 11 KV overhead line of size 3 core x 185 Sqmm with 1 x 150 Sqmm bare messenger wire complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing disc type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of height 145mm x 255mm dia for working pressure 11000 volts ball and socket type of single disc assembly with MS tension clamp complete with bolts and nuts all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for earthing complete for GOD/ LA with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4mm dia connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron medium grade 20mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. 50mm thick PCC Chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 25 x 25 x 3mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. Excavation in soft/ loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50m and all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI earth wire upto GOD/LA is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.
Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm dia connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to earthing terminal/ neutral terminal of equipment and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in M-25 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI earth strip upto earthing terminal/ neutral terminal of GI wire upto equipment is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.
Supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Extensible Indoor Fixed Type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 3-way comprising of 2 Nos 630 Amps, motor operated Vacuum Circuit Breaker (Comprising Two Nos. Incomers) & 1 No. manually operated Load Break Switch as Outgoing, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) filled with SF6 gas at suitable pressure in accordance with the IEC 60298. tank having min. thickness 3+0.5 mm having IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars should be of copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 25kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of Cable shields. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 protection including raised foundation of suitable size, minimum 50 cm above and 01 meter below the natural ground levels all as per manufacture's drawing. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site.
(a) 1 Nos.Outgoing Load Break Switch module should consist of following accessories : (i) 630A Load Break Switch module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Switch of full making capacity, Short time current - 21KA/ 1 sec, Making Capacity - 50KA, Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC, Power frequency withstand voltage - 28KV, Impulse withstand voltage - 75KV, Nominal operating gas pressure - 1.4 Bar abs. (ii) Front cover mechanism - IP2X, Cable covers - 3X, Snap action mechanism for manual operation, Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 300 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable Right angle boots (push on type), Suitable site replaceable Cable bushings, Arc proof cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism with earth switch , Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243, Ronis Key Interlock between both Incomers (iii) Impulse withstand voltage- 75kVP (an altitude<1000 m above msl) (iv) SF6 Gas indicator (v) 230V AC shunt Trip coil for external trip signal (vi) Live cable indicating LEDs energised through capacitive voltage dividers. (vii) All feeders of RMU shall be provided with multifunction meters having complete range of measurement including maximum demand and shall have serial port for communication. (viii) Metering compartment of RMU shall be provided with auxiliary transformer of suitable capacity to supply power to battery charger (ix) Integral earthing switch with making switch (x) Emergency trip push button (xi) Transformer card for auxiliary protection (xii) RMU shall be provided with 3 core metering and protection CTs min ratio for protection CTs shall be 400-200-100/5/1, 5P10, 2.5VA and for metering CT shall be 200/5/1A Class 1, 2.5VA. (b) Incomer Breaker module should consist of following accessories : (i) 630A Vaccum Circuit Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Switch of full making capacity (ii) Short time current - 25KA/ 1 sec (iii) Making Capacity - 50KA (iv) Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC
(v) Power frequency withstand voltage - 28KV (vi) Impulse withstand voltage - 75KV (vii) Nominal operating gas pressure - 1.4 Bar abs. (viii) Front cover mechanism - IP2X (ix) Cable covers - 3X (x) Stored Energy mechanism for Motor operation- 24VDC (xi) Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 300 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable (xii) Right angle boots (push on type) (xiii) Suitable site replaceable Cable bushings (xiv) Arc proof cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB (xv) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system (xvi) Mechanical Indications for breaker ON, OFF, EARTH, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged (c) Bus Connected PT Unit -1 No. for Metering consisting of following :- (i) Type M: Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 630A, 25KA for 1 sec. (ii) 3 Voltage Transformers of the ratio 11kV/√3 / 110 V/√3, 50 VA, Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (iii) Microprocessor based IDMT relay for overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault protection. (iv) 1 CFL Illumination. (v) 1 Space Heater with thermostat. (vi) Each RYB phase indications for 2 incomers and one outgoing.
(vii) 1 Cable support bus bars, standard for 3 way unit, 1-manometer & 1 operating handle. (viii) 1 set Bushings for external busbar connection along with Busbar cover & Sleeved busbars for coupling. (ix) 2x12 V Battery with battery charger with suitable burden for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & Output 24 V DC. Battery make: EXIDE/HBL/Amron (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 KV (e) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (f) One No. Operating Handle for Manual Operation. (g) One No. Manometer. (h) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (j) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (k) Manual operation of Vacuum Circuit Breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU. (l) Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable.
(m) Cable bushing should be replaceable at site. (n) Minimum 3 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site. (o) RMU cable box shall be front accessible type to have easy access to protection and metering CTs. Vaccum interrupter should be of same make. Cable box should be arc proof with bolted door and interlocked with respective earthing switches. Doors should be removable for the ease access to terminate cables. Note : RMU manufacture shall have in house NABL accredited testing lab and all test certificate to be produced from the manufacturer. Make: ABB/BHEL/AREVA/ Schneider/ Seimens
Material and labour for boring holes under pucca metalled road suitable for laying 150/100mm bore pipe for crossing cable including getting out, disposal rubbish of to a distance upto 50m after making good road with same material to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing RCC HT cable route indicator of size 75 x 40 x 10cm duly marked with HT cable made of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as in foundation of electric poles/ struts etc including necessary formwork, fair finished embedded in PCC bed of size 60 x 30 x 30cm including necessary excavation and re-filling complete all as specified and directed.
