Dismantling of Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material nd stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead. A)Ground Floor

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in ordinary soil except sheet rock and boulders (requiring blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away form the site with all leads and lifts. T & P shoring and shuttering if required etc. complete as directed by engineer- in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries. T & P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing & laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement 4 coarse and 8 graded stone aggregate fo 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and pinth including cost of hoisting, lowering laying concrete, ramming , watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including cost. Conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost of all labours, sundnes, T & P required for the work complete including dewatering if required as epr instruciton of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting laying Reinforced cement concrete of M20grade in column footings s per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 250 kg/Square cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days afterr mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 416 using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken grantie stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry washed and cleaned (20 mm size not to exceeds 25%) to be mixed in concrete mixure with ordinary portland cement (OPC) includin ghosting, lowering, lying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering andcuring for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the xposed surface mooth providing grooves of beads wherever necessary including cost. conveyance, loading and unloading , royaliies and teaxes of all materials and cost of all labours , sundries , T &P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect including centering & shuttering.complete as directed by engineer- in charge.
