Collecting of unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 1 to 5 KVA from the MES store yard of GE E/M BHDC or dismantling the same from site and transporting to contractors workshop for locating the fault including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays and replacement of defective spare parts , reassembling after making connections, testing by applying low and high voltage input to get the 230 volts correct output and transporting back the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Replacement of defective spares as 'Supply only' of voltage stabilizer will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for taking out old spares & fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of Water Cooler of Capacity 40/80, 60/120, 150/180 Ltrs including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters, condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, fan and blower, etc., and keeping the Water cooler unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and installation in same location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of defective spares for making the water cooler units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply only' and Transportation & labour charges for taking down old spares and fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted above.

Disconnecting the electric and Water connections and taking out the existing unserviceable compressor of any make from water cooler storage type capacity 60/ 120 Ltrs from any location and supply installation & testing of new sealed unit compressor of similar capacity in same location alongwith test Certificate from manufacturer and cleaning of condenser by machine doing vaccum on the fully system and supply and charging of oil gas and other necessary lubricants including reconnecting the electric and water connections, transportaion & testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Disconnecting the electric mains and taking out unserviceable condenser fan motor 1/16 HP from water cooler capacity 60/120 Ltr, supply and fixing of new motor single phase AC 220 V of same capacity including reconnecting the electric connections and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Disconnecting the mains and taking out the unserviceable condenser coil, S&F new condenser coil as per existing size & patterns for Water/ Coolers of capacity 150/180 Ltrs complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting the mains and taking out the unserviceable condenser coil and S&F new condenser coil as per existing size & patterns for Water/Coolers of capacity 60/120 Ltrs complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting the mains and taking out the unserviceable condenser coil, S&F new condenser coil as per existing size & patterns for Water/Coolers of capacity 40/80 Ltrs complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling the evaporator/cooling coil of water cooler capacity 150/180, 60/120 & 40/80 Ltrs, checking the leakages of gas and rectify the leakages by brazing or as other manner and refixing in same position complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning & removing the existing paint of Water Coolers capacity 150/180, 60/120 & 40/80 Ltrs by rubbing & preparing the surface smooth & applying one coat of zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) by spray gun machine of colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and removing off site 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short plugs and union etc.) fixed on wall or floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs stop valve 15mm bore dia, fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable PVC connection pipe and Supply and Fixing of PVC connections pipe of 15 mm dia bore with PTMT nuts of length 900 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for detecting of leakages of gases in Water cooler, Refrigerator, deep freezer of any capacity at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or by any other means including cutting and brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition.

Disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of Refrigerator/ Deep freezer of Capacity 165/180/195/310/330/450 and 500 Ltrs including detecting the leakage of gas and refilling of refrigerant, cleaning of cooling coil, condenser, compressors, with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, etc., and keeping the Refrigerator unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Disconnecting from mains and taking down the unserviceable compressor unit of Refrigerator of any make and type and providing New Compressor suitable for 165 to 195 ltr capacity alongwith test certificate from manufacturer including supply of the refrigerant gas R-134A and filling and replacement of filter and put in working condition all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make :Tecumseh/LG/Godrej.) Note:- The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the transportation cost from site of installation to contractor's repair workshop and back.

Taking down desert cooler of any type (Steel body/Plastic body) and any capacity from any height/ floor and refixing the same in same location after repair work/ overhauling all as required at site. Note:- Repair work not included in the quoted rate.

Preparation for old painted surface of desert cooler of any capacity and any make on inner surface & outer surface. Repainting the complete desert coolers ie side panel, bracket, body & desert cooler stand with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (1st grade quality) including two coats of black water proof paint on reserve water tank & marking with “ GE E/M BHDC (MES)” letter size of 50mm height in stencil in black/white including servicing and greasing of fan motor/pump and replacement of PVC pipe worn out nut, bolts and washers complete all as per site requirement.

M&L for servicing of window type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, comprising of taking down carefully, removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, indoor cooling unit and condenser coil and providing oil and grease to all moving parts including condensing motor, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE BHDC.

M&L for servicing of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, including removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, cooling unit and condenser coil of outdoor unit, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The cost of additional inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord, if required and making good of surface as original by plastering/ whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account. (ii) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE BHDC.

M&L for unscrewing the nut bolt and taking out the base plate geyser assembly and copper tank making soldering and brazing of tank to stop the leakage of tank and fixing back in the position complete all as specified & directed.
