Providing and Laying cement concrete in Retaining Walls Return Walls inlcuding attached pilasters,columns, piers, abutments, pillars posts struts, buttress,strings or laces courses, parapet,coping,bedblocks,anchorblocks,plain window sills fillets,sunken floor etc upto floor level five, excluding the cost of centreing shuttering and finishing 1:3:6(1cement:3coarse sand(Zone-III): 6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural resources)

Providing and Laying in Position Ready Mixed or Site Batched Mixed Design cement concrete for Reinforced Cement concrete works, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural resources,using Portland Puzzolona, Ordinary Portland cement/Portland Slag Cement/ admixtures in recmmmended portions, All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 Kg/cum

Providing and Laying in Position Ready Mixed or Site Batched Mixed Design cement concrete for Reinforced Cement concrete works, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural resources,using Portland Puzzolona, Ordinary Portland cement/Portland Slag Cement/ admixtures in recmmmended portions, All worksabove plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 Kg/cum All works above plinth level

Centering and Shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of formwork for Foundation, Footings and Bases of columns For bases of Retaining wall

Centering and Shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of formwork for walls(any thickness including attached pilasters), buttresses, strings courses and plinths

Steel Reinforcement in RCC Works including straightening, cutting, bending and Fixing in Position, and Binding all complete upto plinth level TMT bars of FE500 or more grade

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angleiron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T.reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retainhorizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbedtape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre(cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Steel work in Single Section , fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting hoisting fixing in position,and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

12mm cement plaster in mix 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with texture exterior paint of required shade, new work two or more coats applied at 3.84kg/10sqm

Providing and Fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut mirror plshed,premoulded and prepolished,machine cut for Kitchen Platforms,vanity counters,window, colum cladding sills,facias and similar locations of required size approved colour or texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment,epoxy toch ups including rubbing curing,moulding of edges, polishing to give high gloss finish etcGranite stone slab of all colours except black, cherry or ruby red area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone including machine polishing to give high gloss finish etc

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick
