Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera and other similar structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the line and dimensions shown in the drawings as per M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimeter) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete for all type of structure nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimeter) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in retaining wall, breast wall etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900, 1200 and 1600 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, Wing walls, Return walls, Retaining walls with 100mm (One hundred milimetres) dia with pressure not less than 4.00 kg /cm² (four point zero zero kilogram ) per centimetre square P.V.C. pipes extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (one) (Vertically) : 20 (Twenty) (Horizontally) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD Technical specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .The rate is including of octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights/ floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level, including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle in all girth and finished even and smooth complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade old work (one or more coats applied at the rate of 2.20 kg/10 sqm (two decimal two zero kilogram per ten square metre) over priming coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.80 litrs/10 sqm (zero decimal eight zero litre per ten square metre) complete including cost of Priming coat as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including royality , octroi, GST, Toll tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, in beams joists channels angles, tee, flats with connected plates or angles cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like, including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP:PWD. Specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied at the rate of 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero decimal eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is including royality , octroi, GST, Toll tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.
