Automation of Stock Bins of Sinter Plant at Bokaro Steel Plant.

• The bidder should be Manufacturer of PLC system or their authorized dealer/authorized channel partner/system house. In case of authorized representative of OEM, the Bidder shall submit Bid specific manufacturer’s authorization form (MAF).

• The bidder should have carried out Design/Engineering, Supply, Installation and Commissioning/ Supervision of commissioning of PLC BASED AUTOMATION SYSTEM having minimum 1200 nos. of inputs( AI , DI) and outputs (AO , DO) taken together, in a single Work Order during last 07 years as on the date of issue of NIT in any of the following organization: •Govt Organisation • PSU • Public limited Company • Joint Venture Company, Where At Least One Partner is Govt. Organisation /PSU.

• Self-attested copies of following documents shall be submitted by the bidder in support of the above: i. Work order/ any other letter of Award of work /Contract Document /Purchase Order Placed by the client in compliance with clause no 2.0. ii. Commissioning certificates or Completion Certificate or Final Acceptance Certificate released by the respective client correlating to 3.(i).

• Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three consecutive financial years shall be at least Rs. 3 Crores (INR Three crores Only) .The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports for last three (3) consecutive financial years ending March 2024 in support of the above.

• Net worth of the Bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2024 as per the audited annual accounts.

• Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI from 01.7.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number.

• The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.
