Earth work in hard soil within 50m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Filling foundation and plinth with sand and wel watered & rammed etc . Complete including cost of sand .

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 4cm. Size C.H.G. metal including cost, conveyance etc. complete.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) by using 4cm. Size C.B.G. metal including cost, conveyance etc. complete.

Fly ash Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) by using 9" size Bricks including all cost, conveyance etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work (Per 1 Sqm.)

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of primer for Brick work.

Wall painting 2 coats with weather coat of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of weather coat etc complete.

Scraping & cleaning the old/new surface with priming one coat and two coat weather coat painting to make the surface ready for concept base thematic painting

2.5 cm thick Artifical Stone Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size hand broken granite chips as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Granite tiles (above 0.1 Sqm. & upto 0.40 Sqm.) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying Fitting and fixing of MS truss,perlin, rafter including cost, conveyance and placing as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying Fitting Fixing of Iron Door / Windows/Gate/ Grill and Shutter including cost,transportation and fixing in places etc all complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials moorum includin watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, Fitting, Fixing of Ph materials for water supply including cost, conveyance and placing as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying, Fitting, Fixing of Statue of Eminent person/other including cost, conveyance and fixing as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Provision for construction of transparency pillar with written charges and submission of working photo graphs
