Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and as in kitchen slabs, shelves, chimney etc not other specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC slab type A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate (nominal mix) supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, floors landings, balconies shelves etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- M sand shall be used in all concrete work.

Formwork to suspended slab such as roof slabs , floor slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick ( horizontal or sloping ) for flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed..

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floor window cills, concrete railing , opening in concrete wall, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC bands in walls, horizotal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm and n.exc 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of mud/soft/loose soils in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, drain, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth including any type old pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of hard/dense soils in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 3.00m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 3.00 m in depth including any type old pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of hard/dense soils in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and exc 3.00m but n.exc 4.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 4.50 m in depth including any type old pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm of soil all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting 150/200/300mm bore of pipe to new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section, in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as manhole cover and similar work n.exc 15cm thick and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel as in benching/drains etc complete all as specified Note:- M sand shall be used in all concrete work.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed. M&L painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10cm girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply only water proofing in Liquid, complete all as specified and directed.
