(c)M&L for preparation of old decorated / new replaced parts /surface of sofa single chair smoothening by required grade of sand paper and applying one or more coats of french polish to achieve glossy finish including tightening the frame work all as shown in drawing and as directed.

(b) Taking down old unserviceable cushion of sofa set five seater (two single plus one three seater) and S&F new 100mm thick cushion (cool foam) of 40 density duly upholstered / covered with new rexine of best quality not less than Rs. 275/- per metre as per approved sample for complete sofa set all as per required size/shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Sofa set (1+1+3)(2+3)(1) (C3/MEC/SP/205, C3/MEC/SP/202-02, C3/MEC/SP/ 200/MO-19A)

(a) M&L for removing Old unserviceable cushion of sofa seat/back and S & F 100mm thick cushion (cool foam) 40 density size as per drawing all as specified and as directed. Note : Single cushion seat/ back shall be measured as one unit.

(b) M&L for removing old faded Tapestry cloth from seat/back cushion of sofa (single/two/three seater) and S &F new tapestry cloth of best quality not less than Rs 384/- per metre as per sample approved size as per drawing and all as directed. Note : Tapestry cloth for single seat/back shall be measured as one unit.

(c) M&L for preparation of old decorated / new replaced parts /surface of sofa set five seater smoothening by required grade of sand paper and applying one or more coats of french polish to achieve glossy finish including tightening the frame work all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Sofa set four/five seater (FD 373)

(a) M&L for removing Old unserviceable cushion of sofa seat/back and S&F 100mm thick cushion (cool foam) 40 density size as per Drg and all as specified and as direcred. Note : Single cushion seat/ back shall be measured as one unit.

(a) M & L for removing unserviceable plywood top of bed and S & F new top made out of 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked of size 860x650mm including 1 st class well seasoned teak wood edging 6 mm thick free from cracks and knots all as directed and as shown on drawing.

(b) M & L for removing unserviceable plywood front and back of head board of bed and S & F new 6 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked duly fixed with 1mm thick decorative lamination teak veneer finished including 1st class teak wood beading free from knots and cracks shall be provided at top of the head board all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(c) M & L for removing unserviceable plywood front and back of foot board of bed and S & F new 6 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked duly fixed with 1mm thick decorative lamination teak veneer finished including 1st class teak wood beading free from knots and cracks shall be provided at top of the head board all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(d) M & L for removing unserviceable side rail plywood of bed and S & F new side rail made out of 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked duly fixed with 1mm thick decorative lamination teak veneer finished including 1st class teak support free from knots and cracks shall be provided all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(e) M & L for removing unserviceable bottom plywood of bed and S & F new bottom made out of 9 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(f) M & L for removing unserviceable stiffener and S & F new stiffener made out of 1 st well seasoned teakwood free from cracks and knots all as directed and as shown on drawing.

(g) M & L for removing unserviceable PVC hard shoes from bed and S & F new PVC rubber shoe of superior quality as per sample approved all as specified and as directed.

(h) M&L for preparation of old decorated / new replaced parts /surface of bed box type smoothening by required grade of sand paper and applying one or more coats of french polish to achieve glossy finish including tightening the frame work all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Bed with box type (MEC 174)

(a) M & L for removing unserviceable plywood top of bed and S & F new top made out of 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked of size 860x650mm including 1 st class well seasoned teak wood edging 6 mm thick free from cracks and knots shall be provided all around the top all as directed and as shown on drawing.

(e) M & L for removing unserviceable bottom plywood of bed and S & F new bottom made out of 9 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(f) M & L for removing unserviceable stiffener and S & F new stiffener made out of 1 st well seasoned teakwood free from cracks and knots all as directed and as shown on drawing.

(g) M & L for removing unserviceable PVC hard shoes from bed and S & F new PVC rubber shoe of superior quality as per sample approved all as specified and as directed.

(h) M&L for preparation of old decorated / new replaced parts /surface of bed box type smoothening by required grade of sand paper and applying one or more coats of french polish to achieve glossy finish including tightening the frame work all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Bed with ply board (MEC 175)

(a) M & L for removing unserviceable plywood top of bed and S & F new top made out of 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(b) M & L for removing unserviceable detachable head board of bed and S & F new head board made out of 1 st class teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(c) M & L for removing unserviceable detachable foot board of bed and S & F new foot board made out of 1 st class teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(d) M & L for removing unserviceable long rail of bed and S & F new long rail made out of 1 st class teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(e) M & L for removing unserviceable centre stiffener of bed and S & F new stiffener dove tailed made out of 1 st class teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(f) M & L for removing unserviceable stiffener of bed head/foot board and S & F new stiffener of head/foot board made out of 1 st class teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(g) M & L for removing unserviceable leg (Headboard Side) of bed and S & F new leg made out of 1 st class teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(h) M & L for removing unserviceable PVC hard shoes from bed and S & F new PVC rubber shoe of superior quality as per sample approved all as specified and as directed.

(j) M&L for preparation of old decorated / new replaced parts /surface of bed box type smoothening by required grade of sand paper and applying one or more coats of french polish to achieve glossy finish including tightening the frame work all as shown in drawing and as directed.

(a) M & L for removing unserviceable plywood top of bed and S & F new top made out of 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(b) M & L for removing unserviceable plywood front and back of head board of bed and S & F new 6 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked duly fixed with 1mm thick decorative lamination teak veneer finished including 1st class teak wood beading free from knots and cracks shall be provided at top of the head board all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(b) M & L for removing unserviceable shelve of cabinet and S & F new shelves made out of 18 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked fixed with 1 mm thick decorative lamination of required shade including 1 st class well seasoned teak free from cracks and knots duly french polished after preparation of surface shall be provided all around the top all as directed and as shown on drawing.

(c) M & L for removing unserviceable castor wheel of cabinet and S & F new heavy duty castor wheel of superior quality as per sample approved all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(d) M & L for removing unserviceable back ply of cabinet and S & F new back ply made out of 6 mm thick plywood commercial BWP grade ISI marked all as shown on drawing and as specified.

(e) M&L for preparation of old decorated / new replaced parts /surface of TV VCR cabinet smoothening by required grade of sand paper and applying one or more coats of french polish to achieve glossy finish including tighting the frame work all as specified shown in drawing and as directed.

(a) M & L for removing unserviceable cushioned from seat of stool and S & F new 50mm thick cushioned of 32 density covered with Tapestry cloth as per sample approved shall be provided all as shown on drawing and as specified.

(b) M & L for removing unserviceable top long rail of stool and S & F new long rail made out of 1 st class well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(c) M & L for removing unserviceable top short rail of stool and S & F new top short rail made out of 1 st class well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots all as shown on drawing and as directed.
