Bidder to upload following document/undertaking: (i) Land border sharing declaration as per GCC clause 32, attached (ii) If bidder is NOT the manufacturer: Tender specific authorization letter from manufacturer with email address of manufacturer as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached. Lowest eligible bidder will be allowed once to upload this tender specific authorization, THEREAFTER tender opening through vendor correspondence, (to avoid re-tendering).
