Repairs to sewage motor pump set 5 HP capacity including rewinding of burnt out motor winding with super enameled copper wire winding complete with existing gauge including varnishing, greasing, reassembling and connecting Electrical and water connection with transportation for rewinding of motor from to and back to site / termination complete all as directed.

Repairs to submersible pumpset upto 14 stage, replacing the worn out spare parts with new spare parts, overhauling and greasing including testing complete all as directed. Note 1: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of spare parts required. Note 2(i):- Equipments like tripod and chain pulley block etc., are required for this job and the same shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates quoted is deemed to included for the same. (ii). Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Schedule 'A" as supply only.

M&L for rewinding of the electric motor of 7.5 to 15 HP capacity duly disconnecting electrical connections and taking down electric motor (mono block/ centrifugal) from the existing position and inspecting the same, transporting to workshop for repairs and bringing it back. Cutting and removing the burnt out winding conductors, rewinding the same with same gauge and weight of insulated super enamelled copper conductor and providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, oven drying, refixing in position checking the alignment along with pump set connecting up with the electrical system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Removing unserviceable bearing from the centrifugal pump set and supply and fixing new bearing set suitable for motor/ pump set 40/60 HP capacity including re-aliging the pump and motor complete all as directed. Make :- SKF/TATA/ARB

Bailing out water from swimming pool and make up the tank ,draining out the dirty water completelly by using dewatering pump set/manual labours.Cleaning the entire surface of the swimmimng pool with dilute sulphuric acid,removing the sedimentation and algae with metal brushes cleaning with fresh water and dewatering the dirty water by using mechanical pump completely and refilling the swimming pool of capacity 5.0 lakh litre with fresh water complete all as directed.

Bailing out water and scraping cleaning the inside surface with high pressure jet wash system along with necessary chemicals for cleaning of surface of 90000 litres capacity underground sumps without causing any interruption of regular water supply complete all as directed. Note:- Date of cleaning shall be written on the surface of water tank in white letters on black back ground with synthetic enamel paint.

Supply only chemicals and materials to Olympic size swimming pool water treatment (Capacity of pool is 05 lakh litre) including supply and mixing of the following chemicals daily till quality of water to be reached to required water quality parameters as per IS 3328, daily pool water PH and residual chlorine test to be done before commencement of pool and weekly pool water chemical test & bacteria test to be done from government recognized labs and water test reports shall also be displayed in pool area. Therefore all the complaints intimated to the contractor by telephonically/Whatsup/letter/msg will be attened on emergency basis. (b) The minor complaints has to be resolved within 24hours, failing which a penalty of Rs 500/- per day will be leived on the contractor as penalty. (c) The mojor complaints has to be resolved with 72 hours of timeframe, failing which a penalty of Rs 800/- per day will be leived on the contractor as penalty.
