Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as in roof padding, kerb, coping, parapet wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment on the roof, cleaning with wire brush etc., and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition for brickwork or stone/ PCC block masonry laid with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in roof truss, rafter, purlin, column, grill, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections of including cleaning for re-fixing of serviceable pipes or removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing of serviceable pipes or removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, fascia, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down SWR pipe of any description like AC pipe/ PVC pipe and dia including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, roof padding, hold fast blocks, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of concrete surfaces over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, side lap & end lap 10cm & 15cm respectively laid over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20Kg/Sqm and finished top surface with aluminum paint @ 0.10Ltr/Sqm complete all as per manufactures instruction and as directed by Engr-in charge. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufactures.

Material and labour for cleaning the surface to remove all dust, dirt etc including priming the surface with one coat of Smart care bituminous primer of make -Asian Paints/ equivalent to enhance the bonding properties. Providing and laying of protective Geotextile fabric 45GSM over the bituminous primer application with proper overlaps. Supplying and applying single component, elastomeric, pitch modified PU coating Smart care Flexi seal PU or approved equivalent with minimum elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 2N/mm2 as per ASTM D412 and Shore A Hardness of 90 as per ASTM D 2240. The PU Coating shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm. The system consists of applying the water proofing treatment @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm and shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm etc. complete as per manufacturer's instructions. Over the two coats of Flexi seal PU Waterproofing application, applying and sprinkling silica sand material to the roof area etc. complete as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: The treatment should be carried out by the authorised applicator of the company.

Material and labour for heavy duty vitrified unpolished porcelain floor tiles of size 300mm x 300mm, 10mm thick of make Neo Deccan Natural of somany or Endura of Johnson or equivalent of other specified makes suitable for heavy vehicle movement, laid in floors /skirting of parapet etc. of pattern as approved, pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with Ezy Grout with spacers of somany to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on block masonry surface or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions on PCC block masonry surface or concrete surface of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4, as in walls ,partition, platform support etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint including preparation of surface by complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on external walls (Plastered or RRM surface) by wire brushing, crack filling & Bio-wash to fight microbial growth and applying a coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of exterior emulsion anti-fungal weather proof paint APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paints or WEATHER COAT SMOOTH of Berger Paints complete all as per manufacturer instruction and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying a coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of exterior emulsion anti-fungal weather proof paint APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paints or WEATHER COAT SMOOTH of Berger Paints complete all as per manufacturer instruction and as directed..

Material and labour for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint including preparation of new surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying a coat of putty average thickness 1.5mm thick on wall surface of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 0.8mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore galvanised iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm bore galvanised iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of 20 mm bore old galvanised iron tubes and connections any grade, after cleaning and laid in new or old position, to walls, ceiling, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Serviceable pipes and fittings obtained from serial item No 6 shall be used for re-fixing.

Re-fixing of 25 mm bore old galvanised iron tubes and connections any grade, after cleaning and laid in new or old position, to walls, ceiling, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Serviceable pipes and fittings obtained from serial item No 7 shall be used for re-fixing.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exceeding 250 Ltr but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm bore bib cock with nozzle, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with flange and crutch or butterfly handle conforming to IS as per Cat No.G4669A1 of Parryware or equivalent specified makes, screwed down high pressure with fly nuts, screwed for iron pipes or for brass ferrule etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Spply only liquid water proofing compound approved make complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radious provided with acess door complete all as specified and as directed.
