AUGMENTATION OF HT ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND CONVERSION OF HT OH LINE TO HT UG CABLE AT FATEHGARH CANTT

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type 6 way RMU extensible IP-54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of Load break switch - 05 Nos and Vacuume Circuit Breakers - 01 Nos . Along with air insulated metering module. All live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple interconnection & scaled for life , robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic/ non ferrite/ stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP-67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirment as per IEC 60376, 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1 % per year tested as per IEC 62271-200 . The unit shall have front cable entry for case of installation. RMU should be completed with all accessories as per details mentioned in Annexure-A to BOQ. Note:- (i) Annexure - A to BOQ has been uploaded separately alongwith tender documents and is part of BOQ for all purpose. (ii) Drawing should be approved by AGE(I) before placing the order. (iii) RMU shall be installed on a suitable PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) foundation as per manufacturers instructions and unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of the same. 230V single phase electric supply shall be available at site within a radius of 200 Meter. Required cable/MCB etc of suitable size for connection shall be arranged by the contrator at his own cost. (iv) Any items leftout but which is required for functional point of view is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft/ loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for HT under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick ( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Puned down volume shall be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type I, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid dry for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling ACSR conductors from the disturbed span including line spacer etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc including mild steel bolts , nuts,washers etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling insulators like Pin type,disc type from existing electric polesof any descriptionand any size,seggregating serviceable insulators and keep in safe custodyfor re-use complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of HT XLPE cable 3 core, 11000 volt screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (Heavy duty) strip armoured with aluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earth system confirming to IS-7098(Part-I) 1977 and part-II of 1985 laid in pipe /ducts/trenches, under floor and road or fixedd to wall etc complete cross-sectional area of cable 95 sqmm 3 core, all as specified and directed

M & L for horizontal boring and inserting casing pipe with fittings with material HDPE 100mm bore of pressure rating 6kg/cm2 along road and under pavemnts/ hard standing/ railway/road/ canals/streams crossing in all types of soil at prescribed depth (in no case the depth of boring be less than 1.7 m from the road surface for passing of HT cable including all civil works & reinstatement as per BMP standards complete all as specificed and Directed. Note :- (i) if any damages to existing serv such as OFC/gas pipe line /electric cable etc shall be repaired immediately by the contactor. Rate quoted above deemed to be included. (ii) Cost of equipments, T & p (Horizontal boring rig machine ) rquired for above job is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Cable route / path indicator made out of 40 x 40 x4 mm angle iron, 1 mtr long and plate of size 100 x 150 x 6 mm welded only on one side end having embosed on plate as "cable HT/LT" includiong PCC of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm duly embedded the angle iron with and including excavation, earth works and paintings the yellow colour above the ground and write withn the black colour complete all as specific nad directed.

M & L of GI tubing light grade for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole of 80 mm bore and fixed to the poles/walls with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and botls/washers etc including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch air break gang operated HT 11000 volts grade triple pole with 09 insulators, 200 amp capacity current rating complete with dropout fuse assembly with fuse carrier fuse elements mounted on insulators and steel frame mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of rod of 25 mm nbore GI pipe, light grade of suitable length worked from ground level with locking arrangement fixed with flat iron clamp 50X6 mm and MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GO/DO including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth n.less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel strip 25 x 4 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galavanised iron or steel earth strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and directed incl PCC work as per sketch No 3 of SSR Part -I (2009) pit cover slab of size 300x300x50 mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and slat in alternate layers incl necessary earth pole and excavation in hard/dense soil and removal etc incl testing complete all as specified and directed.
