Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles but built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 (type D-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, including rafts, footings,foundation beams,plinth beams base for columns etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns,beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 metre span complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for laterite stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits(if any) in foundation, plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified to give rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Form work to sides of square or rectangular columns,beams, pillars, posts and struts for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 9 above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface or other than fair surface of brick surface in CM (1:4) to be finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over 3mm wall care putty on new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shoulders and /or riveted and similar work in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently as in rafter and purlins without connecting plates, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each wire to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel Surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors (including weep holes) complete all as specified and directed.
