Supply, laying and jointing 40 mm bore medium grade GI steel water tubing in trenches/wall/floor etc incl all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of following size:-

S&F ball brass valve 25 mm bore high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 above but of size 20 mm bore

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 09 above but of capacity of 250 Ltr.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc for supporting of tanks including necessary welding, grouting using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) and making good to surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F of vertical split type AC indoor & outdoor units having copper tubing in condenser unit including cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality of capacity 2.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of high wall mounted split ac indoor & outdoor units having copper tubing in condenser unit including cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality 5 star rating of capacity 1.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Voltage Stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type of designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of 2.5% and of capacity 5.0KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of metal clad socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug top and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 Volts 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complte all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and set in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers, first layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and second layer 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) using water proofing compound on brick masonry or stone block masonry or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of primer all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of old painted wall surface and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion weather coat premium quality antifungal exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of rectangular hallow steel sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats fixing for walls, pillers, iron posts and etc connecting plates, greaded (Fe - 290 Gde E 165 ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, flat iron fillets (for securing wall cladding etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers, and binders in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and sanctions complete all as specified and as directed.
