S&F in repair in Sluice valves flanged end, cast iron body, flanged and drilled and non rising type brass spindle with nut, long body, class P N 1.6, conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 for following sizes in any position/location including all flange joint with rubber or fiber board gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers complete including pumping out accumulated water all as specified and directed of following sizes :- Note :- For Additional manpower, welding, chipping, plastering and any other item required for replacement of the item including making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be including in the item rate and no extra payment will be claimed by the contractor to the work.

Supply and fix in repairs CI foot valve flanged end IS 4038 PN 0.6 housing complete including replacement of nut bolts, cutting of pipe, welding complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)/bituminous road in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and debris out side MD land all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of CI pipes, foundation and hardstanding finishing even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc 250 M but n.exc 500 M and depositing where directed all as specified.

M & L for CI specials conforming to IS - 1538, spigot /socket or flanges fitting I.e. bend, tee, collar, flanges/ socket /spigot, Tappers and tails pieces etc suitable for 100/150/200/250/300 mm bore pipes (joints and joining material shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for DI specials conforming to IS - 9523, spigot /socket or flanges fitting I.e. bend, tee, collar, flanges/ socket /spigot, Tappers and tails pieces etc suitable for 100/150/200/250/300 mm bore pipes (joints and joining material shall be measured and paid seperately)

Construction of brick masonery valve chamber in repair of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 M (internal dimension) (above GL 0.30 mtr) suitable for fixing of sluice valves, 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hardcore of broken stone, 23cm thick brick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3, 15mm thick, finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 5 mm thick plate cover on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1coping, having rectangular, hinged, opening of size 150 x 100mm with locking arrangements ,hold fasts, etc, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified.

Supply and laying in replacement of spigot and sfocket ductile iron water tubing having cement mortar lining on inner surface and one coat of bituminous paint over exposed surface ISI marked, IS No. 8329:2000, including rubber joint of suitable size, class K-9 laid on wall/roof/floor/trenches with proper alignment as per site requirement and carryout testing against leakage before filling the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/Fixing in repair/replacement of steel water tubing, galvanised, Medium grade with all fittings in shafts such as nipple, union, socket, elbow, bends, fixed to wall including necessary fixing with clamps on wall & capacity up to 15 th floor in high rise buildings in short piece/length, including breaking the existing brick wall for replacement of corroded GI pipe in/on wall and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note (1)Work to be carried out in high rise buildings plain wall or in shafts or in terraces or inside the flats for cutting the existing GI pipe line and replace the same with new GI pipe in short piece or full length.

Supply and fixing in repairs MS pipe heavy grade 'C' class and dimensions confirming to IS: 1239 (Part-1) - 2004, equivalent to BS- 1387/1985 for suction and deliver for pump including painting of one coat red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint after fixing, welding and providing necessary PCC support as required at site complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-charge of following sizes :-

Attending the water supply breakdowns of any size/type of pipes in any position/location/depth including necessary excavation, earth work, cutting of pipes, welding, replacement of pipes of any nature, flanges, bends, collars, nut bolts, gasket, run lead joint or any other items required for rectification of break downs, testing and making good to the disturbed surfaces after rectification complete all as specified and directed for the following size of pipe lines :- Note :- 1. Items like run lead joint, CI/DI /MS fittings or pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule 'A 2. Remaining items are shall be deemed to be included in the item rate and extra payment shall not to be claimed for the completion of break down. 3. After hand over of complaint, contractor shall complete the break down within 24 hrs or other wise panel recovery shall be made 2500/- per breakdown
