Supply, installed, testing and commissioning of out door type step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no loads) AC 3 phase, 50 Hz of capacity 200 KVA core type, double copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled, oil natural, air natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbor DYN-11 (Vector group) with neutral brouhgt out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at + 2.5% to 7.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load deep changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/ LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius . The transformer shall be IS:2026 marked and shall comprise of the complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain arc bushing on HT side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper studs with nuts and washers etc. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper studs, complete with nuts and washers with two nos cable glands suitable for reception) taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including gland, joint and jointing materials complete, Note :- Certificate for die electric strength of oil shall be submitted by the contractor after filling of Oil.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated,screened,PVC beded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cables (heavy duty)with aluminium conductor HT cable 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) Grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 150 Sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

All as per Srl item No 4 here-in-before but cable of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for boring hole across the road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for up to 100 mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road/plinth/floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F GI tube light grade galvanised of size 100 mm with all fitting and fixed to wall and celling or laid in floors/under road etc complete all as specdied and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 M Long) as per is-2713(Part-III)of 1980 and applied three coats of aluminium paintover a coat of zinc chrome primer to the exposed surfaces including zebra painting with synthetic enameled paint upto 1.5 Mtr above the coping including writing of pole nubmer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note: Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm stone aggrigate in foundation, roof,kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggrigate in foundation, roof,kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F disc type insulator, porcelain,vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type disc insulator, white,brown or green 'Two in series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors,suitable for working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour Framed work of Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250)quality-A as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete as in compound guards of transformers, four pole/two pole structures in sub stations incuding painting of two coats of enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide zinc coating primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting up to 30 cm width and depth of the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC type C2(1:3:6) by using 40mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed after taking down old earthing. (GI strip upto 7.5m incl testing consider in this item) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade with funnel & wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and CI cover with frame, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Notes :- (i) GI wire upto earth test point/ equipment is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber.)
