Providing one layer of pressed tiles embeded in CM 1:3 and pointed with C.M 1:3 mixed with Nito bond AR over the existing weathering course concrete in 32:12.5 including cost of all materials labour,lead lift, etc., complete

Providing centering and shuttering for RCC works upto 3m heights using M.S. sheets of size 90 x 60 cm with BG 10 guage stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm laid over silver oak scantlings of size 10 x 6.50 cm at 90 cm c/c & supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm. dia at 75 cm c/c complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying & providing TMT rod including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 with 12 to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete and excluding the cost of reinforcement and form work.

Special ceiling plastering with C.M.1:3, 12 mm thick for RCC works with Nitobond AR mixed in cement mortar at 250ml/bag of cement after one coat of Nitozinc primer in the exposed rods including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Plastering in walls with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

White washing two coats with shell lime for inner walls including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, scaffolding, curing, etc., complete.

Providing two coats of ready mixed Plastic emulsion painting of approved colour & quality on new outer walls over one coat of exterior emulsion primer,including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old steel surface including cost of all materials, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying, jointing and fixing in position of 110 mm dia. PVC sewage pipes ( ISI make ) 4 Kg / cm2 including PVC specials, cost of other materials, lead,lift,labour charges,etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A F.T. switch covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thk. with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator).

Supply & fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting .
