M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild Steel bands,straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipes, soil/waste or vent pipes including bolts, if required, hold fast and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel plate girder or single stanchions conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250 quality-A), built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour (decided by EIC) having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n.exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling under floor or in foundations and on floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved colour, with rubber mould type any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade of concrete as in floors/ pavements and design with grey cement and pigment bases, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Filleting in any postion and any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all miters, stops section of fillet exc 25Sq cm but n exc 50 Sq cm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for road side kerb stone with factory made Precast cement concrete block of mix 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for submain wiring with single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of size 2 Run of 2.5 sq mm cable and one Run of 2.5 sq mm earth continuity conductor of similar type cable multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked drawn in and inluding 25 mm dia of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked complete with all acessories and fittings all laid/fixed concealed in wall/ceiling or surface conduit on wall/ceiling, and also include the specified runs of specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- 2 Run of main cable, one run of earth continuity condctor & one run of PVC pipe shall be measured as one Run) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Highly efficient LED Bay light made of die cast aluminium housing with lens & toughened glass IP66 suitable for 150 watt complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to terminal block, and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In- Charge. Make: Halonix cat No HLBL-ML09-120-CWL or equivallent Philips /Havells/OSRAM

S&F in replacement switch piano, flush type single pole, one way, 15 Amps, 240 volts all as specified and directed at site. Make: Anchor penta PC/Kinjal/SSK

Supply and fixing in replacement ceiling roses, surface bakelite 65x50mm ,3 terminals 3 phase, PVC/Polycarbonate, isolated body all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC gang box suitable for one switch socket outlet 15 Amps complete with screw and necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB distribution board with Bus bar 200A neutral link , earth bar made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface mounting SPN 8 way 230 volts double door type regal gray horizontal type Cat Part No - DHDPSHODRW08 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Havells or equivalent to Standard/Asian Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCBs 10 KA breaking capacity, single pole, and neutral, 240 volts, 40 amps C Curve capacity. Make: Havells/C&S/Standard

Supply and fixing in replacement MCBs 10 KA breaking capacity, single pole, 240 volts, 6 to 32 amps C Curve capacity. Make: Havells/C&S/Standard

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in deep for foundation of pole/stay/cable etc and getting in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Returning refiling including spreading, leveling, watering and well raming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sand cushioning for under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay well burnt as class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm dia with all fitting for protecting the cables in tranches,floors,on poles,in walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,laying, jointing,testing LT cable 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, including cable glands, cable lugs etc. to suit the cable size, laid in trenches, fixed along the poles bare or through G.I. Pipe laid under floors road etc; fixed concealed in walls encased in G.I. Pipe etc. complete of following sizes:-
