CEMENT FIBER BOARD WALL PANELLING

Providing and fixing external Wall Panelling in position 8 mm thick " SHERA or Equivalent" fibre cement planks made of autoclaved technology of size 3000 mm x 150 mm conforming to IS: 14862 : 2000 / (ASTM 1185) on to steel frame work of MS/ Aluminium sections including painting with cement based primer,exterior grade paint & one layer of PU Coating. The M.S/ Aluminium Section should be minimum SHS 50 mm x 25 mm x 2.6 mm thick. The main vertical member are placed @ 610 mm C/C and secured to the existing wall , floor and soffits with the help of MS cleat fixed @ 610 mm C/C vertical.

The main member should be fixed horizontally @ 1220 mm C/C. Before fixing the planks for groove design 8mm SHERA Fiber Cement Boards conforming to IS: 14862 need to fixed on the MS tube. For Steel members are to be painted with an synthetic paints over a coat of red oxide .Fix the planks with the help of 25 mm self drilling , self tapping SHERA Fibre Cement screws @ 300 mm C/C. The planks are to be fixed in the over lap manner. The maximum over lap should be 25 mm including the cost of Acrylic primer with a wooden paint as per manufacturer specification. The work to be done as per architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer - In - Charge.

PARTITION WALL

Ply Board Double Skin Solid Partition With Laminate Finish

Supply & Erection of Solid Partition upto false celling level, as per drawing & conforming to the following specification: Basic Framework: Two Layered 19 mm thick Ply BWP grade marine ply conforming to IS 710 frames fixed to wall, Floor by Screws & Nails. Maximum distance between vertical frame member should be 750 mm and horizontal maximum 1050 mm.Members shall be suitably anchored at floor level to ensure rigidity. Panelling: 12 mm thick Ply BWP grade marine ply conforming to IS 710 on each face with 2 mm groves as per design & drawing. Laminate Finishing: 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet confirming to IS 2046 on Both faces. (Make and Shade as approved make list) Skirting: The Partition will be finished with 100 mm height Skirting finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet confirming to IS 2046. (Make and Shade as approved make list). Note: Quoted Rates shall include all necessary material, accessories, Labour cost etc. Contractor must consider provisions for electrical / Telephone / Computer wiring conduits and switch boxes etc. on the Partition walls. For smooth execution of the allied works contractor must keep a good coordination with Architect & Bank’s officials’ accordingly. The work to be complete in all respect as specified and directed by the Architect & Department.

(Make and Shade as approved make list) Skirting: The Partition will be finished with 100 mm height Skirting finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet confirming to IS 2046. (Make and Shade as approved make list). PLANTER BOX

Providing and fixing Planter Box box of Size H300 MM XW600 MM & Length as per requirement made out of 19 mm thick BWR Grade Ply board and finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet confirming to IS 2046 on Both faces.The work to be complete in all respect as specified and directed by the Architect & Department.

Providing, fitting and fixing 19 mm thick Key board Tray finished with 1 mm laminate, fitted with Telescopic Sliding Channel with ass necessary fittings complete in all respect as per Architects Design & specification.

WALL CABINET

Providing, fitting and fixing Wall Cabinets made of BWR grade Ply board.Basic structure & shutter to be done with 19 mm BWR grade ply,Top of the Cabinate to be finished with Kalingastone Porcelain Slim Tiles, other exposed surfaces to be finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet confirming to IS 2046 and inside with 0.8 mm laminate matching the outside laminate. Shutters to be divided equally according to the length of the storage with maximum 500 mm width. Cost of all fitting like s/s Hinges, locks, magnetic catches, tower bolt, S.S. Handles and all necessary hardware shall be inclusive. The work to be complete in all respect as specified and directed by the Architect & Department. (Elevation of the Cabinet to be measured for payment purpose)

DECORATIVE WALL PAPER

Providing , fitting Acrylic Coated (Vinyl Coated Paper) Decorative wall paper on wall fitted with adhesive, complete in all respect as specified and directed by the Department.

ACOUSTIC WALL PANELING 1

Supply & installation of Anutone Slats Surco Diffuse Lite,made of pinewood E1 grade fiberboard, melamine finish, groove un-perforated slats L8-2 - (2mm grooves @ 8mm centers ) / L16-2 - (2mm grooves @16mm pitch ) / L32-2 - (2mm grooves @ 32mm centers) / L64-2 - (2mm grooves @ 64mm centers ), tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, 1-test FR grade, size 128 x2440x16mm, volume density of base board 700Kg/m3, weight of base board 12Kg/m2 installed by using Anutone Strut framework system.

The Anutone Strut framework system shall include Anutone Strut CC10 thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 10mm and equal flanges of 15mm is fastened to the wall positioned horizontally/vertically at every 600mm centres. Anutone Strut CC18,aluminium core cross channel, thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & center brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the Strut CC10 with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centers. Anutone Slats Surco Diffuse Lite of size 128x 2440x16mm in then fixed perpendicular to Strut CC18 with suitable edge & ccentre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 4.88m length wise and 4.992m width wise. Supply and Installation of Anutone Slate 0308, perforated gypsum panels,white vinyl laminated front, backlined with white acoustical fleece, having 3x3mm square perforations @ 8.33mm pitch - 10% open area, of size 595x595x12mm, square edge having base density 700Kgs/m3, weight 8kg/m2 suspended using 0.3mm thick Anutone Skelet Trelis T24 metal grid system.

Anutone Skelet Trelis T24 ceiling grid system, of 600x600mm module includes Anutone Skelet WA24W30 sectional thickness 0.4mm, with equal flanges of 24mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centres. Then suspend the Anutone Skelet MT24W36, sectional thickness 0.3mm with flange width 24mm, height 38mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of Anchor Bolt, Soffit Cleat and Suspension Rod with Levelling Clip at 1200mm centres.Extra support to be added near jointing of two MT24 so that end cantilever should not be more than 150mm. Anutone Skelet CT24W12, sectional thickness 0.3mm with flange width 24mm, height 32mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T24 at 600mm centres in the perpendicular direction to the Main T24. Finally Anutone Skelet CT24W06, sectional thickness 0.3mm, with flange width 24mm, height 32mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT24W12 in direction parallel to the Main T24 to result in 600x600mm module. Anutone Slate 0308, 595x595x12mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600mm.
