Dismantling of transformer, removing the entire base frame nut/bolt and disconnecting HT Cable connection as well as outgoing connection. Dismantling the complete transformer. Removing the top cover, oil tank, silica gel breather and fins etc. lifting the core and coils form the transformer tank
Rewinding of 11 KV HT winding limbs, removing the burnt winding. Providing the new TPC copper strips and making the new HT coils as per original. Fixing the coil in transformer core with proper HT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with HT insulation Varnishing the HT winding with Dr Beck oil proof varnish and baking the same.
Re-insulation of 0.4KV winding limbs, Annealing and cleaning the copper strips. Re-insulation of copper strips with craft paper tape and making the coils as per original shape. Fixing the coils in transformer core with proper LT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with LT insulation Varnishing the HT winding with Dr. Beck oil proof varnish and baking the same.
Fixing the Core and coil in the transformer tank with safe and sound condition. Replacement of top cover gasket and insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage. Replacement of silica gel.
Filling the new transformer oil
Dehydration of transformer oil(Make-Savita/Castrol)
Assembling the complete transformer and installation the same and testing on load at site with both side cartage.
