REPAIRS TO CERTAIN ROADS INTERNAL APPROACH PATH TO MD ACCN KERB STONE SIDE BERM CULVERT ETC IN NAVY NAGAR AREA UNDER AGE BR I AT NAVAL STATION KARANJA

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding. 1sqm each including sweeping free form dust and mud or water and scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth making good by applying bitumen grade VG-10 as tack coat at 5Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam with bitumen grade VG-30, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size & again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings ) depth of pot holes exc 30mm, rolled with power road roller of 08 to 10 tone capacity, complete, all as specified & directed using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags removal of all loose dirt etc Sqm and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5kg/10sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying 25mm thick mastic asphalt consisting of an intermate homogeneous mixture on mineral filler, well graded fine and coarse aggregate industrial grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS 73 of 2006 cooked at 170 degree to 200 degree centigrade laid hot trowelled and floated by means of wooden float bitumen mastic after spreading and while still hot in plastic condition shall spread over with bituminous precoated fine aggregate of size 20mm @ 0.005 Cum per 10 Sqm mixed with 0.17 Kg per Sqm of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 for antistaciding including all material, labour, tools and plants all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work.

M&L for laying bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade, mixed in computerised Hot Mix Plant and spread by means of self propelled Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road rolled 8 to 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of the binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate of Rs 36.0 per Kg of grade of VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustement shall be applicable is excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam, 75mm or less consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface of concrete or brick or curve stone surfaces etc of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and over a coat of primer applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of solid/liquid mud/stone boulder/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or similar items deposited in opening of culvert and around 5m etc. Bottom surface of culvert should be visible after cleaning process. Any type of waste recovered from culvert shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer in charge. (a) Opening size RCC pipe of dia 450mm (b) Box type culvert 1mx1m.

Surface dressing n. exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : work should be done manually.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly Each reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Supply and fix in repair 800m to 1200mm dia convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI mark (height of pipe not less then 1.20 m from ground level) & embeded in post holes, (size 200mm x 200 mm x 400mm) in PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) & including earth work & excavation, RFR etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement oncrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Material and labour Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerb,soucer drain including weathering slightly rounded or chemfered angels as directed including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces complete,all as specified

Material and labour , Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.
