(B/R PORTION) Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to10 mm thick light shade (of square shape) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 all as specifed and directed.

All as per item no 02 but using as skirting/dado including screed bed10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade/double charged/ultra charged of 9 or 10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.72 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

As per item no 04, here-in-before but as in skirting on vertical surfaces including screed bed 10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in cement mortar 1:3 complete.

Supply and fix non skid ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and incl 15 mm screed bed in 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x 300x 6to7mm/450x300x6to7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including screed bed10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3. complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab of approved quality (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4.as specified.

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thickness of granite stone any description of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete complete all as specified and directed.
