Supply and installation of maintenance free tripod earthing system comprises of 03 Nos molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3m length, having a diameter of 25mm with copper coating thickness of 250 microns with fault current withstand capability of 30 KA rms value of 1 second and I peak of 80 KA (OBO article type 25 3000 CCER), tested as per IEC 62561-2, meets the requirement of IS-3043 & IEC 60364-5-54, tested in CPRI for short circuit with standing capacity, 03 Bag of OBO article type OEC 25 earth conductivity enhancing mineral compound to be used as a backfill compound for earth electrodes; highly conductive in all weather conditions is used for improving the soil conductivity. The material shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The material should have a resistivity less than 0.2 ohm -m. It should be free from hazardous substances. The mineral compound is required to have minimum 25 kg of the total composite, 03 Nos Universal clamp (OBO Article Type 25 25 RTC) made of SS 304 for clamping, 03 Nos Polypropylene & polyethylene (OBO type UFE) Earth electrod inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the earth rod alongwith PCC of required size as per manufacturer instruction. The dimension shall be 170mm x 170mm x 190mm with a weight bearing capacity of 50 KN. including provision and laying 15 mtr galvanised steel flat 30 x 3mm thick from earth electrode to test joint directly in ground as required (Hot dip GI strip, corrision resistant - cross sectional area of 90mm square, as per DIN EN 50164-2 (VDE 0185 Part 202) & VDE0185/305, IEC 62305, Zinc coating : 500 g/m square, 70 micron coating, complete all as specified and directed. Make : OBO/ABB/JMV/Ashlok Note : Result of earthing should be less than 1 ohms at test point.

Supply and laying of down conductor 35 Sqmm single core un-armoured PVC insulated copper flexible cable stranded conductor including both end termination with suitable size clamps etc from LA upto earth pit terminal/test link, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubes 'light grade' ISI marked with all fitting fix at roof slab/wall/pavement/PCC of the building of size 40mm dia including arrangement for fixing of Air termination rod with GI tubing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing porcelain vitreous white/brown/green spacers insulator of size 70mmx35mmx40mm height complete with one number galvanized iron stud bolts 6mm dia x 40mm long including nut & washers and two number galvanized iron fixing bolts of size 6mm dia and 50mm long including washers and drilling holes for holding/fixing aluminium strip/roof conductor as required including taking down the broken insulator, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including necessary fixing arrangement at roof, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and repair of UPS and fequency converter of capacity upto 5 to 15 KVA by disconnecting of all electrical connections of UPS/converter and check the standard output voltage as per design, battery terminals, connecting cables for each battery, control wiring, indication lamp for mains on/off, DC on, Inverter on etc, checking of line regulation, load regulation, all other components of UPS, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Replacement of major defective spares for making the UPS units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply only' and minor parts shall be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Labour charges for taking out old spares & refixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

Supply and fix change on load over switch 4 pole, 400 Amp, panel mounted (open execution) without enclosure with source seperator/phase barrier including providing new thimble/lugs of suitable size and taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed. Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed. Note : An amount of Rs.32960.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
