Dismentling bricks work or stone work in lime or mud cement mortar and including stacking of materils as directed by engineer-in-charge with in a distance including all complete 15.2.4

Earth work in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30 M and led upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavted earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distence of 30M from the foundation trenches. (RATE AS PER DSR 20231S 260.30) 2.8.1

Concrete with 4cm guage apporved brick ballast fine sand and cement in proportion of 10:5:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work. (RATE AS PER DSR 2023 IS....)

Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge apporved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 for slab excluding supply of rainforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.I. binding wire and including all amterials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. bonding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. in RCC raft Foundation and footing with 4 cm Gauge stone ballaest 5.1.2

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 5.9.1

Steel work in built up grill etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Painting two coat over priming coat on steel and other metal surface with superoio synthetic enamel paint of standered make brushing to givve an even shade and finished and including primer coatcleaning the surface all durt dust and other foreing metter sand paparing and strippinfg including cost matter and scoured with wire bruses fine steel scrappers sand papering and knotting including coat of all and supply of all cost of labour material T&P etc.....

Supply and fixing of flush door commercial quality conforming to I.S. 2202 part 1(1983) i/c fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and i/c fixing of hinges bolts lockshandels springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied 35 mm thick (9.20.1)
