Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and disposal of rubbish outside MoD land at any distance.

Providing and applying fair finish 15mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar on brick wall or concrete surfaces, including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion smooth exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm and over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces on old surfeces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by any means scrapping old surface washing the surface with Bleaching powder throughly, & applying one coat of weather proof acrylic based paint (100%) exterior grade including scaffolding etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material & Labour for two coats of floor guard paint on surface of old paver block and concrete tiles including cleaning with brush and water to prepare of clean surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
