Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning SITC of 2 sets of 2X3.5 Ton Precision Air conditioning PAC units for DIT server room at Banks Main Office Building and AOB Nagpur

PAC Units - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Precision AC units each (to be connected in main & standby) of having capacity 3.5 Ton each bottom discharge Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) units in the server room under 1 working and 1 standby operating mode as per technical specification mentioned in Part-I of the tender, including supply and fixing of suitable MS stand / structure as per site requirement for indoor units and initial charging of refrigerant R410A, including charges for Nitrogen pressure testing, vaccumising, loading and unloading of PAC, all complete and as directed by Bank’s Engineer.

Refrigerant piping Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of suitable dia. hot gas and liquid gas refrigerant copper pipe for precision A.Cs as quoted at item sl. no. 1 duly insulated with 9 mm thick tubular nitrile rubber class "O" as per the site requirement, the insulation surface shall be finished with 28 gauge (0.4mm) aluminium sheet cladding or else the insulation sheet with one side Aluminium lamination as per Technical specification mentioned in the Part-I of the tender all complete and as directed by Bank’s Engineer.

GI Pipe - Carefully Removing of existing Common GI pipe for humidifier for 2 nos. PAC set and SITC of new GI pipe & reconnect it with 02 set PAC new units. After providing spares viz. elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, gate valve etc. required for reconnection, as per site requirement all complete and as directed by Bank’s Engineer.

Drain Piping Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of following CPVC drain piping for indoor units complete with insulation, necessary elbows, tees, reducers etc. and connection up to 10 M the nearest drain point in the room shall be included. The drain piping shall be of 40 mm dia. CPVC.

Electrical cabling Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 1.1 KV grade 4C, 4 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor flexible cable for control & power cabling with earthing between indoor & outdoor units of adequate size & quantity to be considered along with GI cable tray / heavy duty PVC using spacers, saddles and necessary hardware complete including cable termination using brass glands and Cu lugs as per site requirement all complete and as directed by Bank’s Engineer.

M.S stand for Outdoor Units: Supply and fixing of suitable sized M.S stands fabricated with 25 mm X 25 mm X 5 mm thick M.S. angles to be grouted firmly at top of building by taken care of wind speed 120 km/hr. or higher with suitable waterproofing as per site condition for precision ACs as quoted at item sl. no. 1 along with M.S. clamps, providing ant vibration pads, nut bolts, clamps, supports etc. to be painted with 2 coats of zinc / red oxide coated and 1 coat of black/brown enamel painted, square legged /Box typed all complete and as directed by Bank’s Engineer.

Supply / Return Air Grills Supply & fixing 2’ x 2’ size of supply grills of renowned make and as approved by the Bank’s Engineer for supply air.

Rebate for dismantling and taking away the old and existing Precision Air conditioning units on as is where is basis after commissioning of new system. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes.

Comprehensive AMC charges in Rupees per annum after completion of defect liability period of one year. Rate should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, transportation etc., as mentioned at clause 3.15 of tender Part – I.
