Attending day to day complaints for ceiling fan, exhaust fan and wall mounted fans installed at various locations in AF Stn Nal and rectifying the complaints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Defective parts / winding required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of taking down of fan and re-fixing where required shall be included in the unit quoted rate of this item

M&L Dismantling blades, down rod, canopy and taking out burnt stator assy of ceiling fan 48" sweep and taking down old burnt copper stator winding, cleaning stator slots, rewinding of stator assy with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper winding wire, insulating material complete and assembling ceiling fan and testing for proper function including provision of split pin of suitable sizes and writing MES No., size of letters & figures 20mm x 25mm writing width 5mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of taking down of fan and re-fixing is included in unit rate of item No. 1 of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing as in repairs stator shaft as required for existing fan of any make/ size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bearings shall be measured and paid as 'Supply only' under relevent item of this schedule.

Supply only self lubricated ball bearing of suitable size and make as existing complete all as specified and directed. Make : NBC/SKF/Tata

Supply only gun metal self lubricated bush bearings suitable for ceiling fan 48" complete all as specified and directed

Supply only fan condenser 2.5 mfd, 50 Hz, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed. Make of fan condensor : EPCOS, Sunny, Havells, Hi-Power, Tibcon

Supply only fan condenser 4 mfd, 50 Hz, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed. Make of fan condensor : EPCOS, Sunny, Havells, Hi-Power, Tibcon

Supply and fixiing flexible twin core PVC insulated copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make of PVC cable : Finolex, Polycab, RR Cable, Havells

M&L painting ceiling fan of sizes 48" sweep by dismantling, Scrapping out the existing paint from ceiling fan including fan blades, down rod and canopy etc and spray painting with one coat of approved quality synthetic enamelled paint complete and writing MES No. with size of letters & figures 20mm x 25mm writing width 5mm and re-assmbling including servicing the fan, greasing & oiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of taking down of fan and re-fixing is included in unit rate of item No. 1 of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing as in repairs fan regulator electronic step type 100 watt 230 Volt AC all as specified and directed. NOTE : Rate is inclusive for making hole on hylem sheet suitable for fixing electronic regulator in place of resistance type regulator. Make of fan regulator : Legrand, Cona, Anchor

Supply only down rod 45/60 cm of fan suitable as per site condition with rubber real, clamp, nut, bolts and spring complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the exhaust fan, removing the burnt copper winding wire complete cleaning the slots, stator and the rotors and rewinding the exhaust fan 250/300mm sweep with existing gauge super enamelled copper conductor including varnishing and heating and re-installation etc and re-assembling complete including writing MES No. size of letters & figures 20mm x 25mm writing width 5mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Spare / Part such as Bearing / winding to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only' under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Cost of taking down of fan and re-fixing is included in unit rate of item No. 1 of this Schedule.

Taking down carefully point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, Ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets etc removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls / floors etc all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully MCB SP/SPN/TPN off sizes & any capacity by unscrewing from DB box, emoving from site of work all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring for One light/fan point controlled by one switch with PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm in and including PVC concealed rigid conduit heavy duty (ISI mark) and pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches / sockets / regulators / ceiling roses etc.) made out of MS sheet not less than 1.6 mm and 6 cm depth including painting with one coat of red oxide primer on internal and external surface covered with 3 mm thick laminated plastic sheet ISI marked including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke ( FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) The wiring shall be provided in standard colour code i.e. Red for Phase, Black for Neural and Green for earth. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to include for cutting/chasing for concealing the conduit and making good the surface to match the existing surfaces. (iii) In case of ceiling portion where concelled donduiting is not possible, the surface conduit shall be provided ad directed. (iv) The earth wire shall be connected to common earth and each terminal boxes and fitting all as directed.
