To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor to an extent of Rs.6.35 lakh in at least one similar nature of work in any one of last 5 years, i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 in any of the Government / Public undertaking. Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre not less than the rank of Executive Engineer should be scanned and uploaded.

The bidder should be registered PWD contractor

The Bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate issued from the competent authority.

Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-1 Form (Clause1.4 (A)). The contractor should enclose/ attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for details in column No(7)of the table

Works for which tenders already submitted as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-2 Form (Clause1.4 (B)). The contractor should scan & upload the details duly self-attested.

No Litigation certificate in the prescribed proforma should be uploaded duly signed
