Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, retuning, filling in and ramming earth broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil, all as specified and directed.

M&L for brokenstone boulder hard core of guage n.exc 63mm,deeeposited,spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface, all as specified and directed.

M & L, cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in fdn, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in bed block hold fast etc complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting opening through brick walls built in cement mortor for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting into door openings etc including cutting out defective bricks for under pinning, providing, fixing and removing shoring,cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks,hard core etc to store and rubbish to low lying area not exceeding 50 mtr distance where directed complete all as specified.

Forming jambs,etc to openings asper item no 1 herein before in CM 1:6 including cutting,toothing and properly bonding into old works also facing,jointing and pointing /plastering to match existing work complete all as specified.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including crancking spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed n.less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc., incl. all necessary drilling or riveting, etc., and smilar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165, all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm dia of mild steel screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagoanl or sqare nut, nexc 15cm long, all as specified and directed

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining and tiny type of stranded rails straining bolts including sequring for tying at crossing withand provn of galvanised mild steel wire stepels or steel pins etc complete all as specified.

S&F for concertina coil fencing of 1000mm dia centre to centre, barb distance 48mm, thickness of strip 50mm length of barb 10.5mm diameter of spring wire 2.5mm number of spiral 50/51 clips per spiral 15 approximate weight 8.25 kg per coil and confirming to IS and as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for concertina coil fencing of 450 mm dia centre to centre, barb distance 48mm, thickness of strip 50mm length of barb 10.5mm diameter of spring wire 2.5mm number of spiral 50/51 clips per spiral 15 approximate weight 8.25 kg per coil and confirming to IS and as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete floor with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for, 50mm thick cement concrete floor with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cutting out cracks to V-section 10mm wide and 30mm in depth in existing roofs cleaning out wetting,grouting and plugging Renderoc CF crack filler for sealing cracks ,or for wider cracks polymer modified CM 1:4 or Nitobond SBR may be used for polymerization of mortar all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of concrete surfaces by brushing and washing down with water and applying the following applications:- (a) Applying water based acrylic primer Nitoprime AW. Dilute Nitoprime AW with water in the ratio of 2:1 and stir well untill a uniform consistency is achieved. Apply a single coat of diluted Nitoprime AW over the clean substrate at a coverage of 8 to 10 sqmeter / litre (after dilution). Allow the primer to dry for 2 to 3 hours @ 27 degree centigrade before commencing application of Brushbond Roofguard. (b) Applying two coats high build fibre reinforced acrylic waterproofing coating I.e Brushbond roofguard @ 0.50 ltr/Sqm/coat, The application of Brushbond Roofguard should not be done if the temperature of the substrate is below 10 deg C. (The second coat brushbond Roofguard shall be applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state all as specified.and direcfted by manufacturers instructions).

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position for 500 Ltr tank, all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) bore of pipe in 20mm, all as specified and directed.

S&L Galvanised Tubes 25 mm dia, medium grade, with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) bore of pipe in 25mm, all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel Paint over one coat of primer to steel surface all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing including fittings for 20 mm bore in any position(wall/ceiling/floor etc) complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing including fittings for 25 mm bore pipe in any position (wall/ceiling/floor etc) complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance not exceeding 5 KM beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete.

Demolition of mud in roof incl mud/ clay tiles any thickness including plastering and leeping and APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.
