Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard/ dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil or hard/ dense soil.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles (best quality) 350x250x7 mm or 450x350x7 mm thick on vertical surface as in dado/ skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including back coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in two coats (5 mm + 5 mm) in cement mortar 1:6 with adding water proofing compound and 12 mm long synthetic fibre on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces like RCC wall, slab surfaces, finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm + 5 mm) in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface as sand face finish complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint.

M&L for vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests, including flushing cistern and flush pipe, including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including trap set in and including concrete making good to floor.

M&L for Vitreous China urinals, bowl type of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum) (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. M&L for PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in 150 mm bore CI pipe.

M&L precast RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4, including necessary formwork complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.
