Comprehensive servicing of installed valves of various sizes in the utility piping system, upto and including 50 NB. The scope of work includes inspection of each valve, cleaning of moving parts, and application of suitable industrial-grade grease to ensure smooth operation. Rope packing shall be removed and replaced wherever leakage, wear, or deterioration is observed, ensuring proper sealing and tightening of the gland. Bolts and nuts shall be checked for corrosion or damage and shall be replaced only where found unserviceable, using equivalent or superior grade hardware.

•

Comprehensive servicing of installed valves of various sizes in the utility piping system, from 65 NB to 400 NB.
