Dismantling the existing AC sheet roofing without roof timbers including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc., conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per design given by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Paving the floor with best quality Vitrified Tiles of following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Vitrified Tiles of Size : 600 x 600 x 8mm, Variety : Double Charged

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earthwire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire wire for open plug point.

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper cable conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 15A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection by 4 sq.mm copper wire for open power plug point.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan 5 star rated complete ( Higher end) with 2 module 100W fan step regulator (Higher end) with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18").
