SCHEDULE 'A' PART -I (B/R PORTION) :- Taking down existing tar felt, water proofing membrane, water proofing plaster, cement mortar screed, roughening surfaces to receive plaster/screed etc. including cleaning up the surface with water and wire brush and removal of unserviceable debris to a distance upto 5.0 KM outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, pre-cast slabs, coving and concrete padding over roof slab incl existing tarfelt and cleaning/washing down and removing demolished material to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km and depositing where directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing Solar panels alongwith connected items and necessary pipe line and refixing the same after completing the roof treatment work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down and refixing 25 mm or 32 mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing etc complete all as directed.

Taking down existing Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of exc 1000 ltrs not exc 2000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) , two layered, hoisted and refixed in position complete all as specified in SSR part – I.

Taking down existing Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of exc 500 ltrs not exc 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) , two layered, hoisted and refixed in position complete all as specified in SSR part – I.

Taking down existing Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) , two layered, hoisted and refixed in position complete all as specified in SSR part – I.

Dismantling of PVC water tank 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm average thick PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing as in padding on roofs to maintain slope correction of the depresed/ undulated portions finishing cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement over a coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm brushed on the existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screeding 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM (1:4) for floor finishes even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Supply only water proofing liquid and a coat of cement slurry with 3.0 Kg per Sqm shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply Only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 with water proofing compound liquid complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- water proofing compound liquid measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm providing and laying 4.0 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm tearing strength of 180 N (by torch application method) with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch.Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm and applying a coat of solar reflective bitumeons aluminium paint @ 0.1Kg/sqr all as specified and as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm or 32 mm bore of pipe PVC /P P-R / steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing etc complete all as directed.

S&F of 32 mm bore steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 25 mm bore steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) , two layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part – I.

S&F 25 mm bore 3-layer PP-R P o l y p r o p y l e n e random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded p o l y p r o p y l e n e random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder / PCC block masonry, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoltion of plain cememnt concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm / 450 mm X 350 mm X 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 15mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut granite stone slab 20 mm thick of approved colour and shade as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms,WHB platform and like over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4; laid and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs to one edge, such as in steps and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting holes, square or circular of area exc. 0.20 and n exc 0.3 Sqm on granite slab for fixing of wash basin complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning the sunken floor surfaces andapplying bitumen primer at 0.20 Kg / Sqm followed by APP membrane minimum 3.0 mm thick at 3Kg / sqm and followed by blown bitumen 90/15 grade at 1.20 Kg / Sqm over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (E/M) PORTION :- Taking down carefully un serviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing & caping including material like sockets, switches, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls/floors ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Exhust fan of any Sweep and Make by disconnecting electric connection, dismantling Blades, and removing Exhust fan handed over to MES STORE YARD OF AGE E/M (AFA) Hyderabad for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor wire with unsheathed, FRLS grade PVC insulated, single core with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor and including rigid PVC concealed conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia. and all accessories fixed to the surface of the roof/ walls or in chases etc. including terminal boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness should be not lessthan 1.2mm thick for fixing of switches, fan regulators socket outlet etc along-with 3mm thick top laminated bakelite sheet for housing switches, etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One ceiling / Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch

(c) One three pin socket 5 Amps plug point on same board

S&F ceiling rose, three terminal, PVC / polycarbonate, insulated body, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch piano flush type single pole one way 5 amp complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sq mm 1100 Volts grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit / casing & caping (as per site requirement) of suitable sizewith all necessary fittings, surface in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly complete and after taking out the existing sub-main wiring etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :-(i) Necessary PVC dummy plates & rigid PVC junction boxes for maint./inspection purpose as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral & earth conductor

(iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue only for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

(iv) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping will be measured as one uint length.

S&F of MCB DB SPN 4 way with copper bus bar & neutral link double door type to be fixed in the wall including connections and making good the disturbed surface of wall to perfectly match with the exsting wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F amp rating 240v 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SPN of following poles and current curry capacity 5 to 32 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.
