(The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Acrylic solid surface sheets to be cut, pasted and finished in approved shape , as per approved design by the Engineer in charge. Acrylic solid surface sheet is fixed on 12mm thick Natural Fiber Composite (NFC) board ( make - Reliance Industries, product - RelWood or equivalent ) made of natural fiber and polymer and other additives having density of 650 Kg/m3, 100% water resistance , termite proof, fire retardant with appropriate adhesive. The whole assembly to be fixed on reinforced cement concrete or cement concrete with appropriate fixing arrangement. Necessary opening will be provided for basins , taps, etc. All complete as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick Acrylic solid surface of approved make in dark colour (such as black, red etc.) and in approve design , with properties like 100% bendable , anti-bacterial antifungal, heavy duty scratch resistant & stain resistant, impact resistant, insulative & non conductive, Green Guard certified, Fire rating as per standard EN 135 -1-1b surface spread of flame and having minimum Specific Gravity 1.65 gm /cm3 properties. Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre , of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve and colour: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick toughened glass with two coat digitally back printing in approved colour and fixed on 12mm thick BWP plywood (IS: 710) with neutral silicon and bothside very high bond tape. The whole assembly to be fixed on wall with appropriate fixing arrangement. Necessary opening will be provided as requited. All complete as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying and installation of vision glass panels comprising of 6mm+1.52 PVB+6mm units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened Clear float glass 6mm thick with 1.52 PVB of Clear colour and inner heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, all complete for the required performances and the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note-The laminated panel shall be assembled in the factory of AIS Glass/Saint Gobain glass /workshop of approved processor.)

Fixture should be 120 No's LED per Meter. Degree of Protection IP>= 20. drive operateing with 230V, 50HZ power supply & output of 12 V DC. Similar to Bajaj 75W LED STRIP IP20 WW & Driver: Bajaj 75W LED STRIP DRIVER IP20 or equilvalent as per approved list of make.
