Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm, n. exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm, exc 50mm and n. exc. 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates with granite trap or basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size),spread rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except material. Note :- Serviceable stone aggregate obtain from respective item no1 & 2 will be used.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Preparation unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces new or old by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on old or new WBM surface and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75mm), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each and depression in patch over 50mm, shall also be carried out under this item.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm on old black top surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30, 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tendem vibratory steel wheel, Static steel wheel rollers min capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptioin and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment (ii) precast CC kerb shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.)

M&L for painting of two coats synthetic enemal paint over new or old kerb stone surface in white/yellow/black shades including priming coat and cleaning/preparation of the surface laid as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solar Delineator Red/Yellow in colour of size (Appx 700x50x100mm) made of round body fitted with two nos 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on powder coated mild steel pipe of approved colour of 50mm dia, anti rust steel net etc including fix in below or above GL with PCC block of size 30x30x30cm ) of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete as per Cat Part No DA-952 GP ABS of Make Dark Eye or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning old dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign materials etc from road surface and applying 2.0mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved having clear and sharp edgs over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer marking proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed . Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger Paints. Note Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeniously composed of pigment resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as perr MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS. Note :- (i) The rates shall be inclusive of mixing glass beads (ballotini) in thermoplastic material. (ii) The quantity of ballotini included/mixed during the manufacture of material should not be less than 20% by mass of mixture or applied to the surface of the thermoplastic immediately application is complete @ 300 grms / sqm as directed by Engr -in-Charge. The ballotini shall comply with BS6088 : 1981 (1993) "Specification for Solid Glass Beads for use with Road Marking".
