Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed Plain Surface

RCC Beam and slab

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. First Floor

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position TMT bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 83/4"X43/8"X 23/4" standard specification including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification Ground Floor

First Floor

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (One cement and three sand) 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, finishing,curing,and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with I.S.I. make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet with manually operated type. The Shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fabrication and fixing in position of anodised natural colour matt fininsh sliding window in TWO track in all floors with following sizes. All the two shutters with slinging entering and made with UPVC (ultra Polyvinyl Chloride ) section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such rubber beading.clips, handle and fixing 5 mm thick clear sheet glass including all required for fabrication etc., complete. Necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, mansory wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. (All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position).

Providing Granolithic floor finish of the 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Paving the floor with descrgned coloured Vetrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Painting two coasts of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Plastic emulsion Paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the new iron works with two finishing coats of best synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc, complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The Make, Quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the engineer in charge before use on works )

Supplying laying and jointing of 110mm dia P.V.C pipes (6Kg/SqCm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to I.S.S & with I.S.I mark, of the following sizes including cutting , Fixing to PVC specials using Adhesive but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak - Wood Plugs,PVC Clamps and screws,making holes on the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition with necessary brick work and plastering wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make Colour glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN ( with pedestal)of 550 * 400mm with a pair of C.I. Brackets, including cost of 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm dia B class G.I. Waste with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia G.M. wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple,15mm dia nylon connection,32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including Fixing of wash basin including CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws rubber washers, white lead and necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti corrosive paint including testing for leakages complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers. ( The The wash hand basin and Specials should be got approved by the engineer in charge before use on works )

Wiring with 2 x 1.50 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in cuitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and Ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick Hylum Sheet cover with TW Switch box and 5A F.T. Switch and making good of the Concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC CONCEALED LIGHT POINT/FAN POINT (for Electronics Regulator) (SD NO: 25)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and Ceiling with PVC accessoires in Flush with wall 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW Switch box with 3mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the Concealed portion with suitable colour for CONCEALED PVC PLUG POINT (SD NO: 12)
